Guess who's coming to dinner?

Really the most important thing might be to ask what's for dinner!?

For my uni course I had to choose a non-art material from a list and make art out of it. It started out as a particularly large men's suit purchased on half price op-shop day.

A good coat of blackboard paint and a little chalk and it became 'Dinner Suit.'

I think the only thing to worry about is what I will wear to my next exhibition opening (if and when) and what will I write on it!?

Wonderfully creative. Thanks for sharing! I didn't know that blackboard paint could be used on fabric. Very interesting possibilities....

Oh verrry clever...you'll definitely have to make a little skirt for the next exhibition and blackboard paint it and have a piece of chalk hanging off it and let people write on it!

Thanks Chrisy. I was thinking a coat or something - a skirt? Good idea, although I'm not certain I want people that close to my legs...

Love it Jan - your artistic sensibilities remind me of Magritte, so there you go... Sara x
