...I simply remember my favourite things and then I don't feel sooooo bad

Making things, pattern, gentle rain, sleeping, old books
My latest entry in Clare's Moleskine for Moly_x_25. It's part of Moly X: An International Moleskine Sketchbook Exchange. This one is nearing completion. Look how full Clare's gorgeous book is now.
In fact, this one is done all bar Clare's own final entry. What a ride this book has had!

Oh, how I'd love to sit and look through all your sketch books...with a good cup of tea.
Have a great week.
Char.

I love the little concertina moly - I'm using one to occupy my long train trips but I find I can only do penciling in the train because of the bumping around; makes a big mess of pen lines. So I do the inking and filling in while I sit with my mother and she loves watching the book progress. Not nearly as beautiful as Clare's book and your entry is just gorgeous.

Thanks Chrisy and Jo. Carol thanks for your comment too. I've missed your blog. How about you show us your Moly on it!

I'll bring both the tea and the cookies if you'll tell me what moleskin is and where you get it. I love the face you drew on it and all the little teardrops with writing in them..wonderful! Is it a fabric?

Thanks Tiff!

Fuzzy Brush, Moleskine is a brand of notebook. This one is a Japanese fold sketchbook Moleskine. The text is actually from old book pages. I love old books for many many reasons!

Now, when are you all coming round?

Hi Jan, My Moly treasure has arrived home safe and sound after a year of travelling the world. It was an emotional and happy reunion for my book and me. In pristine condition and filled with lovliness it has now become my 'Favourite Thing' ;0)
Thank you for sharing your special talents so generously!
