'Perfume from Provence' - Gordes

Gordes is an amazing hill top village known for it's 'dry' stone. Everything is made from the stone from the hill it stands on and much of it is assembled without mortar.

Great sketches. I love the overhead view - not a perspective you see every day!

I too love that overhead view too. Kind of a continuous line drawing. cool

This is just perfect. And perfect without color. The lines are great as is the perspective. And there's such a surplus of great drawings here.

Wonderful sketches. They're inspiring me to keep a travel journal (the only problem is that I don't go anywhere).

They really are fantastic. They're a good example of how sketches can be more beautiful than "finished" works.
