Turmeric flower


A flower on my turmeric for the first time. I love the pungent yellow flavour of it's root, but I was suprised by the delicate subtle intricacy of it's flower.

Beautiful flower! I didn't realize it was such a lovely plant. Now we can appreciate it for how it tastes AND how it looks.
